Horan & Barker, P.C. is a local Certified Public Accounting firm that has been in business for 25 years. Principals, Charlie Horan and Bill Barker, first opened their doors in Rock Island, Illinois in 1984. The business has grown and expanded to their current location in Davenport, Iowa. Our firm provides a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional services primarily to small and mid-size companies and their owners.
