 Bill M. Barker – CPA |
As a lifelong resident of the Quad Cities, Bill has enjoyed assisting individuals and businesses locally and across the country with various aspects of their financial lives. He partnered with Charlie Horan to form the practice in 1984 and for more than 25 years has had primary responsibility for the accounting, tax, and business consulting areas of the firm. Most of his time is spent counseling and strategizing with clients and serving as a member of the support team that has financial success as its goal. When not working, Bill tries to keep up with his three adult children in their active lives or can frequently be found on the tennis court with his wife.

Charlie supervises retirement plan services, financial planning, and wealth management services for the practice. He has over 30 years of experience in consulting with small businesses and their owners. Charlie was awarded his Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, and has graduate degrees in business and taxation from the University of Iowa and DePaul University, respectively. In addition, he has achieved numerous professional certifications and licenses. His expertise in tax-qualified retirement plan matters is frequently sought by other professional advisors in the region. A life-long athlete, Charlie is an avid cyclist, a leisure golfer, and a reluctant participant in Davenport’s annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.
